Caipirinha Cocktail Recipe
Nothing better than a caiprinha on a hot summer’s day sitting somewhere near a beach. Should use brown, demerara sugar, or even raw cane sugar, but granulated will probably do…
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- (or 1 tsp Sugar syrup)
- 1 Lime (divided in 8 Wedges)
- 2 oz Cachaca
- Ice - crushed
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. (One of the few occasions crushed ice is probably most to the taste) Add the cachaca. Stir well.
