Basil Dijon Sauce
Serve with filet of sole or halibut or chicken.

Ingredients
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Method
- Combine ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
