Ingredients

Boneless chuck roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
2 cans mushrooms
Egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt


Method

  1. Place roast in the crockpot adding all the soups and water. Add seasonings. Cook for 5 hours on high.
  2. Shred up the meat. Add some water if needed. When you are ready for dinner cook the noodles as directed on package and add to the crockpot. Add sour cream and serve.
