Brandy Julep

Serves: 1

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Brandy
5 Mint Leaves
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Shaved Ice

Method

  1. Into a glass put sugar, mint leaves, and brandy. Fill the glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top. Stir gently so as not to bruise leaves. Also, do not hold the glass while stirring or the ice will begin to melt. Top with a slice of pineapple, or orange, and a cherry. Serve with straws.
