Ingredients

1 head of cabbage
shredded carrot (optional)
shredded red cabbage (optional)
mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar

Method

  1. Shred a head of cabbage. (Can also add some shredded carrot or shredded red cabbage) Mix in enough mayo to coat cabbage.
  2. Add vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
