Crab And Pea Salad

Serves 4 to 6 as a starter

Ingredients

1 (10-oz.) package frozen Peas, thawed
2 cans Crab Meat
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 cup thinly sliced Celery
Salt, to taste


Method

  1. In bowl, combine peas, crab, bacon, and celery. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder and salt, fold into crab mixture.
  2. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serves 4 to 6 as a starter for dinner.
