Crab And Pea Salad
Serves 4 to 6 as a starter

Ingredients
1 (10-oz.) package frozen Peas, thawed
2 cans Crab Meat
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 cup thinly sliced Celery
Salt, to taste
Method
- In bowl, combine peas, crab, bacon, and celery. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder and salt, fold into crab mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serves 4 to 6 as a starter for dinner.
