Dishpan Cookies
Serves: 10 doz
Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsps baking soda
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup quick cooking oats
2 cups coconut
4 cups cornflakes
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Method
- Cream in large bowl the sugars, cooking oil, eggs and vanilla. Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until light tan.
