Dishpan Cookies

Serves: 10 doz


Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsps baking soda
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup quick cooking oats
2 cups coconut
4 cups cornflakes
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins


Method

  1. Cream in large bowl the sugars, cooking oil, eggs and vanilla. Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until light tan.
