Donburi Soboro

Serve on steamed rice.

Ingredients

2 Tbsps Oil
2 Carrots, minced
2 Scallions
1 lb Beef, shredded
5 oz Tofu; in 1/2" cubes
3 oz Spinach
2 Tbsps Sugar
4 Tbsps Soy sauce
4 Eggs
Salt


Method

  1. Heat oil and saute carrots, add green onions.
  2. Add beef and brown. Add tofu, spinach, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Cook on low heat.
  3. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Cook and stir for five minutes.
