Easy Cheese Souffle
1 pint milk and water
3 oz breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
3 oz cheddar cheese
- Heat the liquid and pour it over the breadcrumbs, leave to soak for 15 mins, then beat it up, adding egg yolk, salt pepper mustard and cheese.
- Then fold in lightly the stiffly whisked egg white. Pour mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake at 400 F for 30 to 40 mins until risen and golden brown. Serve immediately.
