Eton Mess (Passion Fruit, Strawberries and Cream)

Ingredients
12 passion fruits scooped out
2 punnets of strawberries
250-300 ml of double cream
4 Tbsps castor sugar
2 medium meringue nests
Method
- Top and cut the strawberries in half and mash them up with the sugar. Add the scoop out the passion fruit and mix in crushed up meringue. Mix through with the cream and serve layered in chilled wine glasses.
