Festive Cranberry Salad
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 (20-oz.) can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 (16-oz.) can Whole-berry Cranberry Sauce
2 cups Minature Marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
Red Food Coloring (optional)
1 (8-oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
- In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mix well. Stir in the drained pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring.
- Fold in cool whip. Spoon into a 2-qt. mold you have lightly sprayed with pam or into a 13x9x2" dish or pan.
- Make the day before so that it freezed well. Be sure and cover tightly before freezing. Take out of freezer 15 minutes before unmolding or if using the 13x9 cutting into squares.
