Fluffy Mocha Cream

Super, but not exactly for calorie-control.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup hot water
1 3/4 cup cold water
1 pint chocolate ice cream
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Nutmeg


Method

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Add cold water. Chill. Add ice cream and stir until nearly melted.
  2. Fold in almond extract into whipped cream. Float on top of mocha beverage. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
