Fluffy Mocha Cream
Super, but not exactly for calorie-control.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 Tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup hot water
1 3/4 cup cold water
1 pint chocolate ice cream
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Nutmeg
Method
- Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Add cold water. Chill. Add ice cream and stir until nearly melted.
- Fold in almond extract into whipped cream. Float on top of mocha beverage. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
