Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh sage, finely chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

Finely chop the garlic and herbs, mix with pepper and oil, reserve.
