Harissa Paste
By using a good high speed coffee mill (reserved for herbs and spices), you can powder most, but not all, herbs and spices.
Serves: approx 1 cup
Ingredients
3 teaspoons Caraway Seed
1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
6 teaspoons Coriander
12 teaspoons Red Chile Pepper
Method
- Grind to a fine powder.
