Hot Fudge Pie
Center should be moist, do not overcook. Serve warm with ice cream.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 ounce each)
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Beat in sugar. Fold in flour and salt. Add vanilla. Beat eggs, fold in chocolate mixture with nuts.
- Turn into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
