Jicama Slaw
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
2 pounds jicama, peeled, julienned
1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned
2 carrots, julienned
1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
1 Tablespoon minced jalapeno
1/4 cup citrus vinaigrette
Method
- Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper
