Mocha Nut Butter Balls
Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Instant coffee powder
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Pecans, finely chopped
Method
- Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add instant coffee, cocoa, flour, and salt. Mix well. Add pecans.
- Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 17 to 20 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
