Mocha Nut Butter Balls

Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.

Serves: 4-6


Ingredients

1 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Instant coffee powder
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Pecans, finely chopped


Method

  1. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add instant coffee, cocoa, flour, and salt. Mix well. Add pecans.
  2. Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased sheets.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for about 17 to 20 minutes.
  4. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
