Orange-Mustard Pork Loin

Ingredients

2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 rolled boneless pork loin roast, 4 to 5 pounds
Orange-Dijon Sauce: 1 12-ounce jar orange marmalade
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 large garlic cloves, minced


Method

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and rub evenly over roast. Place roast in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
  2. Cover and bake 30 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees F.
  3. Orange-Dijon Sauce: Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
