Easy Pancakes
For thinner pancakes, add more milk. Also add cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger at times for a different flavor.

Ingredients
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup of milk
Method
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Combine egg, milk and salad oil, add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Bake on hot griddle. Makes about 12 dollar size pancakes or eight 4-inch pancakes
