Quick Beef And Vegetables

Serves 3 to 4 as part of a Chinese meal. Serve with rice or noodles.

Ingredients

1/2 lb. beef, thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups assorted vegetables, chopped
Marinade: 4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons sesame seeds


Method

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry beef and onion.
  3. Add vegetables. Fry until bright in color.
  4. Add sesame seeds and the leftover marinade. Heat thoroughly.
