Serve with guacamole or salsa.
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 14oz can salmon
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Guacamole or salsa
- Saute garlic in oil until tender. Stir in salmon, basil, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Spread butter over one side of tortilla. Place tortillas, buttered side down, on griddle.
- Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup cheese. Spread 1/2 cup of salmon mixture over half of each tortilla.
- Fold over and cook on low for 1-2 minutes on each side.
