Sole In Herbed Butter

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 pounds sole fillets
Fresh dill
Lemon wedges
Method
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and increase heat to medium.
- Lay the sole fillets in the bubbling butter, salt lightly, and saute for 2 minutes.
- Turn carefully and finish cooking until the fish is just flaking when tested with a fork.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
