Steamed Salmon with Lemon Pepper
Serve with rice and green peas.

Ingredients
1 8 oz frozen salmon steak per person
Olive oil
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon
pepper
Method
- Heat pan and add about 2 Tbsp olive oil. Swirl until entire bottom surface is coated and oil is hot but not smoking. Add frozen salmon, water and sprinkle seasoning over the fish. Cover and steam gently over medium heat until light pink in the middle, about 15 minutes, testing center for flakiness with a fork. Do not overcook.
