Strawberry Daiquiri
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 cups crushed or shaved ice
1 cup light rum
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsps sweet and sour mix
1 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
Method
- Put ice into blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high speed about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Serve.
