Turkey Feta Cheese Burgers
1 pound of minced turkey or ground turkey
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
2 oz. black olives, chopped (about 8 medium olives)
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sage
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Make 4 round balls, put balls on lightly floured surface and flatten with the palm of your hand to form burgers, turn over so there is a light dusting of flour on both sides.
- Cook on the BBQ for 10-12 minutes total time, turning once, serve on toasted bun with salsa on top.
