Turkey Pasta Salad

Top with marjoram.

Ingredients

6 oz. Rotelli or Penne Pasta
1 medium Apple, cored and sliced thin
1 Tbsp. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 lb. Turkey, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup fresh Strawberries
1/2 cup sliced Celery
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Cream or Milk
4 tsp. Dijon-style Mustard
1/4 tsp. Caraway Seed
1 tsp. dried Marjoram, crushed


Method

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water in colander and drain well.
  2. Toss apple slices with citrus juice to coat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with apple, turkey, strawberries and celery.
  4. In small mixing mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and caraway seed.
  5. Drizzle dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently to coat.
