Turkey Pasta Salad
Top with marjoram.

Ingredients
6 oz. Rotelli or Penne Pasta
1 medium Apple, cored and sliced thin
1 Tbsp. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 lb. Turkey, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup fresh Strawberries
1/2 cup sliced Celery
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Cream or Milk
4 tsp. Dijon-style Mustard
1/4 tsp. Caraway Seed
1 tsp. dried Marjoram, crushed
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water in colander and drain well.
- Toss apple slices with citrus juice to coat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with apple, turkey, strawberries and celery.
- In small mixing mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and caraway seed.
- Drizzle dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently to coat.
